By creating an account or using the My World platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including community members, group leaders, and community administrators.
The Service is operated by Evangel Ltd.. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Evangel Ltd..
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@evangel.solutions if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
My World is designed to support church communities and faith-based groups. Communities on the platform are expected to operate in accordance with their own stated values and governance. Community administrators are responsible for moderating their communities in compliance with these terms. We reserve the right to remove any community or content that violates these terms or applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you create (messages, posts, photos, etc.). By posting content on the Service you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. You confirm that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
We do not actively monitor all user content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, is reported as harmful, or is required to be removed by law.
The Service allows community members to make voluntary donations to communities. Donations are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable unless the community administrator expressly agrees to a refund. We are not responsible for how communities use donation funds.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is successfully collected. Stripe may retry failed payments in accordance with their standard practices.
Attendance at events may involve the collection of your device type, operating system, and — if you grant browser permission — your approximate geographic location. This data is used to generate attendance records for community administrators. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The My World platform, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Evangel Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform without our express written permission.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evangel Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £50.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@evangel.solutions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law, with or without notice.
On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Content you have created may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
